By accessing PadXen, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced on the website. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must not impersonate another person or create an account using misleading information.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.
• Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Products and Availability

We aim to present product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability accurately. Product appearance may vary depending on screens, manufacturing changes, supplier updates, or other factors. Availability may change without notice.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices displayed on PadXen may change before an order is submitted. Applicable shipping, taxes, fees, discounts, and promotions will be shown during the purchase process where relevant. Payment processing may be provided by independent payment providers and may also be subject to their terms.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance. We may decline, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including cases involving payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or obvious errors. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be handled according to the applicable payment and order circumstances.

6. Shipping, Estimates and Receipt of Goods

We arrange delivery to countries and addresses supported for the item and service chosen. A delivery price and available method should be reviewed at checkout. Transit estimates are distinct from order preparation and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed. A typical general guide after dispatch is 8–25 calendar days on many US, UK and European routes, with approximately 14–30 days for Canada and Australia; specific product routes can differ materially. Stock availability, multi-parcel fulfillment, customs, weather and carrier handovers may affect the outcome.

Nothing in these terms removes a consumer's right to delivery within an agreed period or, where applicable, the legal default delivery timeframe and remedies for non-delivery. Questions about a delayed, lost or misdelivered package should be directed to PadXen.

7. Returns, Cancellation and Return Shipping Costs

For qualifying online consumer purchases in the UK or EU, customers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to communicate a change-of-mind cancellation, followed by 14 additional days to send the item back, subject to statutory exceptions. A timely written notice to admin@padxen.shop is sufficient where the right applies; it does not require pre-authorisation from PadXen.

If local law allows and the cost was disclosed before purchase, the customer pays the direct cost of postage for a change-of-mind return. When a product is defective, not as described or incorrectly supplied, PadXen provides remedies and pays return costs where the law requires. Where applicable, the standard outgoing delivery cost is included in the withdrawal refund; premium delivery upgrades may be excluded. Refund timing follows mandatory consumer law.

Return addresses may vary by product and shipping route; a listed contact address is not necessarily a returns facility. Report missing or damaged items as early as possible, ideally within 30 days, to support an investigation—this is not a waiver or shortening of legal fault remedies. 8. Deals, Bundles, Discounts, and Free Gifts

Promotions may be subject to additional conditions, including qualifying products, minimum quantities, eligible destinations, availability, start and end dates, or purchase limits.

• Deals and promotional offers may not always be combined.
• Free gifts may require qualifying purchases and remain subject to availability.
• Bundle pricing applies only to the bundle and conditions displayed for that offer.
• We may correct or withdraw a promotion containing an obvious technical or pricing error.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse PadXen. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Introducing malware, automated abuse, or harmful code.
• Interfering with website operation, security, or other users.
• Using the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

PadXen branding, website design, original text, graphics, software, and other protected materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without permission except where permitted by applicable law. Third-party trademarks and product materials remain the property of their respective owners.

PadXen may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, authentication providers, shipping services, suppliers, or external websites. Those third parties operate under their own terms and policies.

12. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every error, interruption, or third-party service issue can be prevented.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PadXen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising solely from use of the website, inability to access it, or independent third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service when our services, business practices, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
