If a package is marked as delivered but missing, tell us promptly. We may ask what the carrier has recorded, but PadXen remains responsible for handling seller-side obligations.

For a gamepad, trigger attachment, charging station or thumbstick upgrade, include your device model, the accessory variant and what you have tried. A short video of a connection or charging problem can help us identify whether an item is defective or incompatible with the stated specifications.

For eligible UK/EU distance-selling purchases, you can generally notify us of a change-of-mind cancellation within 14 days of delivery and return the goods within a further 14 days. A prompt report of missing components, incorrect colour or malfunction—ideally within 30 days—makes investigation easier, but does not restrict legal fault remedies.

Return postage: ordinary change-of-mind returns may be at the customer's direct cost where disclosed in advance and permitted by law. For wrongly supplied or faulty goods, we cover costs as required by law. Give your order number, controller model, device type and a description or video of the problem; include images showing any damage or missing parts.

Can I return items to the address on a contact page?

No. A returns location is provided for the specific case. Ask our support team for instructions before posting anything; a valid statutory cancellation notice can still be sent immediately.

What happens if my package is later than expected?

Contact PadXen with the tracking number if available. We will examine the shipment and explain options without reducing your applicable delivery rights.
